As described in more detail below, the NCREIF Fund Index - Open End Diversified Core Equity (NFI-ODCE or ODCE for short, pronounced "odyssey") is an index that has been used for over 40 years to track the performance of high quality "core" real estate. The ODCE X is a version of the ODCE that excludes managers that cannot accept non-pensions investors. Today, the ODCE X covers more than 98% of the ODCE index.
